Reservation
- 50% of the rental cost is required on reservation.
- 50% of the total cost is payable 30 days preceding the start of the rental.
- 100% of the total cost must be paid when the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental.
- A security deposit of 500$ for damages is required in order to proceed with the reservation.

Payment
Depending on the property concerned, payments may be made by bank transfer or by credit card.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to the rental agency.
If the cancellation notice is received before a 30 day-period before the start of the rental, the initial deposit will be retained by the lessor for damages. The security deposit for breakage and damage will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is received less than 30 days preceding the start of the rental, any sums received by the lessor will be retained in full except the security payment which will be returned.
